As women, we were told over and over again we should be “nice.” We should dampen our own flames so others may shine brighter, lower our voices, and hide our magic. If we didn’t, we were labeled difficult. Nasty. Mean. Selfish. Ambitious. A bitch.
At the same time, we’re told to care and love ourselves. You can’t pour from an empty cup. We’re encouraged to fill our precious spare moments with skin care routines and lattes – only temporary bandages masquerading as self-care. Our social media feeds teem with perfect, edited snapshots of romanticized 30-second clips of aesthetics without connection. We’re left feeling drained, joyless, and burned out. We crave authenticity and relationships.
I’m here to tell you, your magic is as abundant in you as your very DNA. It is what grounds you to the earth and connects you to the universe. By learning to harness your magic and tap into your innermost power, you can walk your path as your BestSelf, spreading joy and magic to anyone who encounters you.

How are the Cauldron sessions conducted?
Cauldron sessions are conducted either weekly (30 minutes) or bi-weekly (one hour) via Zoom.
Do I have to be a witch/pagan etc?
Nope! Fill the Cauldron can be easily adapted to secular use, no problem! Whether you call it magic, self-worth, confidence, or the lindy hop, every woman still deserves to walk a grounded path in her personal power.
What commitment is required?
A commitment to fill your cauldron requires regular attendance of Cauldron sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingess to apply the learned strategies in their every day life.
Sessions are offered in three and six month packages, and always start on the full moon.
What results can I expect to see?
Depending on your individual goals, you can expect to awaken your personal power – your magic – and manifest your ideal selves into reality. Side effects include enhanced clarity, improved relationships with yourself and others, less imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs, and increased emotional strength and resiliency.
